My father's always telling stories about the military, but never anything interesting.

"Remember the time Perez was presented an Arcom and the colonel slurred the induction statement?"

"okay befuddlement "

My mom always tells me about when she used to go see all these bands live. Makes me want to have grown up in the 70's, actually.  gonk;

My father tells me about how he failed all of his classes and actually passed below the minimum number of credits. Whenever he talks about how bad he is with science and math, he seems to brag. befuddlement

I've only come close to failing a semester of a class twice during my freshman year, but managed to boost my grade with exams and raised both up to Cs. Well, no one legitimately passed Algebra I due to our horrible teacher, so I'm sure she raised my grade by about 40 points since I did have a 37 or so for the final quarter. befuddlement

I've only failed once or twice in high school and it was only by a point or two.

Unless you account the 4th quarter of senior year.  I had a high enough grade in English that I could have gotten a 0 and still passed for the year.  caterpie;  I only did the final and ended up with a 32.

so don't try comparing your class to advanced placement

Quotei'm sure ap us history still covers america and i'm confident that i have some fair knowledge of that
Yes, that was easy.    It's the essays that were the problem.    The advanced placement thing means that the class is significantly more difficult than lower levels.  DBQs were such a pain in the ass, the teacher was really picky about stuff and it was difficult for even the best writers to get a good score.

but congrats on 97 in not ap us history

Jesus Christ, I love getting a chance at some essays. If we had 20 minutes a day to just write a full page about what we've been talking about, I'd be happy.

and i've been in advanced classes before but did no summer assignments and well i got kicked out befuddlement

Not these essays.

The Questions were so ambiguous yet the teacher wanted a specific answer.  You had to use 3 documents in your assignment and had to hope that you interpreted the meaning of the political comments exactly as the teacher did.  She also hated me.  powerofone;

advanced or advanced placement?  I've been in AP US History and AP Calculus.   I got a 4 on the AP US History exam so I'm exempt from that.   I blanked on the free response of the AP Calculus and I can't waive the class. Fucking calculating rate of flow of hot air into a balloon.  I passed both classes.

My uncle and dad keep sharing stories about the hospital they both work at part-time.

Quote"I was working in the ER the other day and then one of the residents was making a big deal out of afjakwfjaisfjlililadosis, and even tried to treat it with grafoajsfojlilkene."

"Hahahahahha."
