Option 3: I download illegally.

I do options 1 and 3.
It's not that I have anything against iTunes and all those guys, it's just I like packaging. For example, Tool's 10,000 days. Had I not bought the CD I wouldn't have gotten that trippy stuff that came with it.
1+3.
I buy like one CD a year. the rest are downloaded. caterpie;

Mostly 1, a little bit of 3. I love my CDs. wub;

Yes.
I only buy CDs.
All of the above, though I'm moving away from using iTunes at least for full albums. In most cases, I usually download albums from torrents to see if it's any good and then buy them on CD if I really like it and can find it on CD.

Limewire is what's driving the dagger through the heart of the music industry.
Bands like Panic at the disco and fall out boy are twisting it around.

Both of those bands suck IMO. myface;
2 and 3
Most of my music is downloaded off Frostwire. But on the rare occasion that I actually get to a music store, I love to buy CD's.
3 and 3 alone. I am considering buying my first CD come late January, though.

Limewire isn't its biggest problem.

More illegal downloading as a whole, not just Limewire. Most people don't want to pay money when they can get it for free.
Rip it using an audio recorder.

lol, it gets the job done. Just go to some place like Youtube and record it. I like it better than downloading limewire. pseudo;

Not really. Youtube's sound quality is already shitty, I can only imagine how horrible your recordings must sound.
I usually use imeem.com
Quality there for the most part is great.

Maybe, but it's still going to be nowhere near CD, or even standard MP3 quality. You must not listen to much music.
Obviously if I really want a song i'll buy it off of iTunes. But for the most part I really just want to listen to it a couple of times.
1 and 3. I only buy the stuff I really really like.
Winds was worth ordering, I couldn't find any of their stuff online but I'm glad I got a hold of the albums, they kick so much ass.
I record it off youtube. The quality really isn't that bad.

Nobody listened to you.
I downloaded it a long time ago, didn't like it, then tried again a few months back, and liked it a lot.
I guess that the fact that it seems to take longer to start up turned me off the first time.

Soulseek is truly the best. I've only not been able to find one band, but I bought their album like I said above and since then they've become a lot more popular.
Check out the program, you'll love it
