Title: There is an ip address conflict with another system on the network

How do I get rid of this message?




I hate it.  argh;


Is it because my Wii and Laptop are using the same IP or is it because my neighbor's router has the same SSID as mine?  I can't change anything on my router because theirs keeps fucking stuff up when I go to change the name.
