Seriously. It seems like whenever anyone requests something from me in real life, I just can't say no. Some chick putting on this "haunted house" thing in our dorm building needed a "CD player" (she actually meant a large stereo with CD-playing capabilities) just came by and asked if maybe I could provide one. I really didn't want to loan mine to her, but god damn it, I just couldn't say no. I gave it up.

Anyone else have this problem? :'(

Yes. I don't do it because I necessarily want to please people, but more to avoid awkward "no" moments that occur so often psyduck;

I do not, but my mother does. jesus I cannot tell you how many times we've been stuck somewhere because she cannot say 'no' to another person. emo;

I used to, but it's not as bad now. I still have trouble saying no to anyone I know, but before I'd say yes to everyone for anything. myface;
