Finally someone at our hosting website will help us!

1. Click the start button
2. Click Run...
3. Type in "cmd" click OK
4. Type in "tracert valentrinne.com" and press the enter button and wait
5. Type in "tracert virtualnes.com" and press the enter button and wait
6. Type in "tracert google.com" and press the enter button and wait
7. Right click the black box once done with step 6 and select "select all" and ctr+c
8. Paste it in an e-mail and send this e-mail to [email protected] with the subject: Traceroute Test

If someone else from Boyah also has the same problem please copy and paste these steps to them!

This probably just makes your computer explode.

How does virtualnes have anything to do with it? psyduck;

But yeah, JMV had me do this earlier. I have yet to see anything come of it.
