Go get a free PHP hosting account (ULMB, the ads won't show on images) and put that in there.
Then any image you put in the folder will be rotated.

Or better yet, get on AIM and help me.
Get a host like ULMB, upload images to a certain folder, upload a rotate.php file to the folder where the images are present and you may just display the images by directly hotlinking the PHP file in a BBC image tag.
