I plan on making Machinima, and I need to upgrade my videocard to something NOT integraded. I want something good I can use, and I want to actually do it through Halo 3, but got no clue how. I got the ideas and all already and Moviestorm, which as I found out is complete shit, but I'd still need a vidcard and I guess it would need a TV tuner or something.

You do need a TV Capture card, but I don't know much about them.
As for a video card, if you don't plan on playing any games, a Geforce 6600 is more than enough.

I got a built in 661 SiS Mirage FX/GX series, and it goes up to 128, but even with the licensed updated drivers, it CANNOT PROPERLY RENDER SHIT. I'm a fairly intense gamer, too, what with my spacing of flats and shit.
I'll look into it, I guess, then.

If thats too much, I'd go with a Radeon X1950 Pro for about $140.

I'll go with the ATI. I trust ATI because I've known them for so long. KLind of like Creative Labs Sound blaster, but who DOESN'T know those guys.

They have 256mb Vram, and it doesn't use your system RAM like integrated does. flower;

I know, I can make out that much from it being a seperate card. I dealt with this before but I didn't know what to go TO.
