Title: Link's Crossbow Training
Post by: The artist formally known on September 23, 2007, 10:52:23 PM
I just imagined inserting the disc, and sitting down ready to play, only to have it bring up a screen of Link shrugging with the text "LINK DOESN'T HAVE A CROSSBOW."
And then the game is over.

It's $20.

If Nintendo did that, I'd come my shorts and laugh tremendously.

But I'm not stupid enough to buy it, so I'll never know. :'(

That'd be awesome. china;
I can't wait for LCT. Unfortunately I'm a Zelda fanboy. :'(
But, what can I do? I've loved every game so far and I always expect the next one to be good as well. flower;

I'm only getting it for the Zapper. I'm just hoping it's decent.

I hate spinoff minigame things. Mario Party, for example. Mario started making spinoffs, which is fine, I suppose, because Mario is light and cheery. But Zelda is less light and cheery, and imo, spinoff mingame things don't suit the Zelda franchise. What Nintendo try to do something with Metroid next...

But why? Metroid Pinball didn't ruin the Metroid series, did it? I doubt LCT will ruin Zelda, either. It's just one spin-off. However, if the start making dozens of spin-off games like with Mario, then they're just being stupid and looking for money, and that's a major problem.

Metroid= Mario ? psyduck;

I think they raised theprice to $25. It's also just another gimmick

Whoops, careless mistake. I meant "Metroid Pinball didn't ruin Metroid". china;
They raised the price of LCT? When? psyduck;

Gimmick is gimmick.

Gamestop constantly raises the prices of games above the MSRP. They sold Star Fox Command for $35.00 while every other store had it for $30.00.

Mario Party 1, 2, and 3 were cool but the fourth was lame as hell.

Some Mario Golf games are actually really cool, the RPG ones (Advance Tour).

Most of the time you can tell which ones not to buy.
