Title: Is there a time limit where you can refuse to take food that is delievered?

I ordered my food about 40 minutes a go and it's not here.

If they ever decide to come, but I have already eaten something else, can I refuse to take the food?

Sometimes you can get it free if they take more than a certain amount of time, it varies per store though.

Ask the guy if he ever comes.

I say if it takes more than a hour and it's cold, then refuse it, or get it free.
