It's on the verge of breaking. Every 8 minutes or so I get the Red Lights. gonk;
I'm just enjoying Bioshock as long as I can before the long months of school arrive.  caterpie;

Game Informer gave it 10. I usually trust Game Informer, so I might go get it.

What is it about, exactly?

Underwater utopia where no one is restricted by the government, religion, etc. to expand their knowledge, in any means necessary. Then they make plasmids which give you powers, but it starts making people crazy and they start killing each other and everyone is hunting for the adam like it's a drug and Rapture itself is falling apart.

So, how did the main character get involved? What is his role?

Flying on a plane and it crashes into the Atlantic ocean, then he swims over to some building and it brings him down to Rapture. He probably has some real importance to the story, but I don't know, haven't played the game. Also, the head honcho and creator of Rapture is Andrew Ryan, he's pretty important, I think.

Suit yourself.

But yeah, I'd recommend the game. I played the PC demo, and even with all the lag it was still really fun to play. I love listening to the slicers talking.

That shit creeps me out when I'm walking and see no splicers. I keep expecting them to hop out of a closet or something.

Well I beat Bioshock.  powerofone;

It's terribly easy on Easy mode. I will play it on Normal next.

That was an incredibly fun and satisfying experience.  flower;

I played on Normal, it wasn't hard because dying doesn't matter at all in the game. Usually I purposly die instead of buying first aids. I liked it bu the graphics on the 360 version aren't that great. I got pretty far but nothing new happened and I couldn't get the big daddy to get his little sister out so I gave it back to my friend.

He let me barrow it.

Isn't it like 20+ hours?

How the hell are you supposed to choose what to loot from things? I want money but not coffee.

Junk food, coffee, and whatever else is supposed to be bad for you.

Well it's actually good for you, it just might lower your health but increase your EVE, vice versa. Or bandages just increase your health.

It's worth it.

I'm on my fifth playthrough and still deriving joy from it.
