A couple minutes after I made the thread about the flight simulator I guess I did something and I was forced to archive my data and re-install the Operating System because it wouldn't boot  gonk;

I wouldn't do anything without knowing what it did, especially if it contained "sudo" or "rm".  If you need to be root to do an action, it's not someting to play with.

sudo is the command to do stuff as a super user(do root stuff). rm removes files.

You removed /usr/library.
