and maybe a recorder as well as a player. And if possible, black.Why is this so hard to find for less then $150, and it can't break either. I guess I want too much out of it. Since it's about $60 more for what I'm looking for compared to a standard VCR/DVD combo player.
DVD/VCR Combo Recorder
- 1080p upscaling
- HDMI output
- DVD+RW DL and DVD-RW DL
- 17 inches wide, 3.5 inches or less tall
- Black
- Less then $200
- Durable, not a piece of shit
I have no idea what any of that is. caterpie;
What the fuck do you need all of that for? And HDMI is fairly new, you're not going to find it on everything, yet.

Digital Cable? They use Coxial Cables to send it to your house, and It comes out as either Yellow White Red, or Red green Blue, or something.
What are you talking about? psyduck;

Well, Digital Cable doesn't use anything higher than Component cables yet.
There's DVI, but that's for computers. TV hasn't really been digital until lcd's came out..

I have an LCD TV with VGA and HDMI inputs. By the way, digital cable probably won't be DVI no matter what since it doesn't have any audio, DVI is only video.

Then TV only has HDMI to move up to.
