I don't own Star Fox 64 to be quite honest, but I did play it a few times and it was fun. The multiplayer was cool.

Nah, I hate playing games with keyboards, and I just don't feel right stealing games. poppy;
I only have one...er, "hax;" game, and it was an unreleased, impossible-to-get game called Star Fox 2. I bought a controller for it. flower;

May ways to do it. All to do with the video card
VGA to RCA cable
VGA to S-video cable
S-video out from video card to S-video in on a TV
VGA out from video card to VGA in on a TV
DIV out from a video card to DIB in on a TV

I just use a USB controller that looks like a ps2 one.
Me and my dad used to play MK64 a lot. But Banjo Kazooie is still my favorite.
Super Mario Kart was better.
