Title: Are there DDR pads that hook up to a computer?
Post by: The artist formally known on August 04, 2007, 01:45:16 PM
I'd like to play Stepmania but I don't wanna buy a PS2 to USB one if I don't have to.

I have no idea if this would work, but try a PS2 USB adapter then plug that DDR pad into it.

Thats what I don't want to do if I don't have to.

If I have to, I will

It's the only way I know of to do it.

Unless you want to buy a wired one for the 360, since I think it wired controllers for the 360 use a USB plug.

It doesn't because it's fan made.

I'm pretty sure I'd have to use a 360 pad or PS3 pad. Stepmania is the free version of DDR. Has more songs and if you want you can create your own as far as I know.

The best one you can get is the Ignition 3.0 from RedOctane.com. I have it and it works wonders. The price might be a problem, but if you're lucky, your gamestop will have one for 50 v;
