I don't believe so. What you can do is make everything you want to be transparent pink or lime green or something, then get another small app that automactically converts that to transparency.
That's if you're too lazy/too incompetent to get/use Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, etc...

In photoshop I use the eraser tool and it does nothing but in imageready it makes it transparent and I used imageready in my first post.
