What's so bad about the PSP? It's the most homebrew-friendly hand held (that I am aware of).

Ok, but the only problem with that is I am not setup for online purchases, and I've yet to see one of those at any local game shops.

I never once touched your title. I've never once touched anyone's title. spam;

The only good games on the system are made by Rockstar, but every single one of those games have also been released on the PS2. Battery life doesn't extend beyond about 2 hours. Buttons are really just squeaky chunks of rubber. UMD is complete ass. Loading times shouldn't exist in a portable game (or lack thereof).

It's really just a non-portable cheapass media player. psyduck;

There are many better games for the PSP than just Rockstar games. And the ports? I don't care. I don't have a PS2.

Battery life will be longer in the slim. (Not by that much, but it'll get better.)

I have no idea what you're talking about with the buttons. psyduck;

Actually, PSP slim battery life is shorter. They had to shrink the battery to fit the system, and reduced the life of it. psyduck;

MY GOD DAMN BUTTONS ARE SQUEAKY AND UNCONVENTIONAL FOR PLAYING GAMES.

You're right on that one. psyduck;

Though there is an article that says you can put the old PSP battery in the slim. The old PSP battery allowed 8-10 hours.

Yeah, but you have to order one from Sony, and it costs about $25. Even then, it's only about an additional hour when compared to the old version. (about 5-6 hours at the max) Nintendo managed to completely shrink every aspect of the DS with the Lite, and double the already decent battery life. psyduck;

So the PSP slim is about 2 millimeters thinner, costs more than the standard PSP that we have now, and has a shorter battery life. Just go to show you what kind of "geniuses" run Sony. powerofone;

You can do that, but it sticks out of the PSP. It'd look and feel akward.

And do you think it sucks or something? psyduck; Anyways, the PS2 is a decent system with decent games, however (IMO), the PS1 was the best one (game-wise, that is), and playing it gives me a good feeling (at least back in the day :().

Don't you mean my taste in consoles suck? v; Unless you hate flight sims and stealth games (and specific game/series(s) I can't name right now), it's not the console's fault that the games were made a certain way.
