Title: Mic help.

My old headset stopped working for some odd reason, now I'm being forced to use a 1995 mic. The problem is, the mic will pick up all the sounds on my computer but not my voice. For example, when I'm in a ventrillo server, the people will here all the sounds on my computer, but it won't pick up my voice. Anyone know the problem?
