I order medium rare. I don't really make steak because I'm not really fond of it. I will admit my aversion is partially a result of my mom usually cooking them medium well which is chewy tough and gross.

Maybe but I'd say it's more an exploratory taste. Obv. there are a lot of types of wines and beers I feel as though there's one out there for everyone. I mean you can get beer that tastes like wheat, like hops, like malt, like fruit, like coffee,
chocolate, whatever. Wine has so many varieties from sweet to tart to dry. Idk. It is fun how wines made with the same ingredients can taste much different just based on where they were grown in the world
tbh it's all just confidence. A guy that just smiles and waves that he doesnt drink should be respected and then if anyone pushes it on them they're the immature ones

Fact™: you are demonstrably doing yourself a disservice when you consume caffeinated coffee on a daily basis
you are desensitizing yourself to caffeine, creating a mild dependency, and in the long term, nullifying the very stimulating/cognition-enhancing effect you seek
Quote from: https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s00213-004-2097-yAcute caffeine withdrawal (ONW) had a number of negative effects, including impairment of cognitive performance, increased headache, and reduced alertness and clear-headedness. Caffeine (versus placebo) did not significantly improve cognitive performance in LTW participants [ie. frequent caffeinated coffee users], although it prevented further deterioration of performance in ONW participants.
thus when at any point you happen to miss your daily dose of caffeine, you perform measurably worse than you would have had you never started drinking coffee at all, all else equal
caffeinated coffee is most effective when used sparingly, but the body naturally downregulates (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Downregulation_and_upregulation) with repeated exposure to stimulants and then you just become physically addicted
that being said,
coffee is actually great for you:
Quote from: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23344884Coffee, but not caffeine, has positive effects on cognition and psychomotor behavior in aging.
Quote from: http://circ.ahajournals.org/content/129/6/643.longModerate coffee consumption was inversely significantly associated with CVD risk, with the lowest CVD risk at 3 to 5 cups per day, and heavy coffee consumption was not associated with elevated CVD risk.
and to an extent, so is caffeine, even: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20182054
but addiction/withdrawal of any kind impair your performance
so consider decaf and consider using caffeine only when needed lol (i only ever force down a cup of coffee the night before a huge assignment is due or the morning of an exam or i have some other critical/urgent need to be maximally alert)
fuck u ill drink caffeine all i want bitch

QuoteA condiment is a spice, sauce, or, preparation that is added to food to impart a particular flavor, to enhance its flavor,[1] or in some cultures, to complement the dish. The term originally described pickled or preserved foods, but has shifted meaning over time.[2]
Many condiments are available packaged in single-serving packets, like mustard or ketchup, particularly when supplied with take-out or fast-food meals. They are usually applied by the diner, but are sometimes added prior to serving; for example, in a sandwich made with ketchup, mustard or mayonnaise. Some condiments are used during cooking to add flavor or texture to the food; barbecue sauce, compound butter, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and marmite are examples.
The term condiment comes from the Latin condimentum, meaning "spice, seasoning, sauce" and from the Latin condere, meaning "preserve, pickle, season".[3]
cheese is a food in its own right that doesn't primarily serve to be added as an optional flavor topping to a dish
also it's not a spice or sauce, the latter of which I believe is the most recognized form of a condiment
i could eat sauce
bean sprouts are worthless
i'm not a big fan how i really enjoy something one day, then not enjoy it as much the next (or like it more)
not sure if that's what meant but it's annoying!!!
