Just a rant here, not that I expect any sort of "support" effort. I'm just banging my head against a mySQL issue on GoDaddy. I was downloading a database down As File, which got interrupted and now the db is corrupt and my board only half works. Called GD and they want $150 to reboot the whole server from THEIR backup.
Tried to Import a previous db backup file and was told "database exists already". GD's directions involve only THEIR process of db backup, via _db_backups folder, and that's not been done because of the botch.

The only thing that happens is that it says "This post was edited by foobar" after like 2 minutes.
But yeah GoDaddy is awful and I moved all my domains away from them a few years ago.

I was pretty much posting my problem in different places, pretty much hollering for charity help. But now I've got nothing to lose--Gri is now my co-Admin. Think what you will, but people who know more about something than I do get a nod from me when they're helping. I think.
