yeah its very rare. i'd say the last organic new member (i.e. not directly referred by someone already on boyah) was probably 4 or 5 years ago maybe?

It's amazing to me seeing how active this forum still is, tbh. I'm extremely active on Reddit and Discord, but haven't been a part of an old school forum since NSider and NSider2. Briefly posted on Gamefaqs a bit, and Neogaf before it got zucced.

Yeah after NSider and NS2 died I migrated to Reddit.

It's amazing to me seeing how active this forum still is, tbh.

boyah is, as far as i'm aware, by far the largest and most active of the remaining post-nsider communities, which is honestly astonishing considering the shite this site has been through lol

and it's funny to hear anyone marvel at "how active" this place is

i'm certainly not alone in thinking it's not nearly active enough, as the last of the post-nsider forums die off i wold love to gather their wandering refugees here so that the community can finally reunify for its 10+ year anniversary, and more importantly, so that boyah itself becomes more self-sustaining (which, at the moment, it definitely isn't)

so feel free to invite any friends
