i do like 3d land but even i think it's pretty ordinary for a mario game, although come to think of it, there's actively wrong with it that i can come up with

3d Land is good. I only hate the "new" smb games.

It is pretty ordinary but at least it's fun. Too easy maybe.

Galaxy's gravity on small planets is annoying. Camera can be finicky. It's also on the Wii so controls are subpar if you use a wiimote

Yeah, my big gripe with the Galaxy series is you could only use a Wii Remote and Nunchuk.

The Classic Controller/Classic Pro Controller should have been compatible with the game.

the exceedingly rare few camera hiccups i had in galaxy 1 were so insignificant and so quickly/easily remedied that the camera simply never registered as an issue for me

What exactly is so awful about jiggling your wrist every so often and occasionally pointing at Star Bits?

smg's motion controls are so superficial it's befuddling to me that anyone could complain about them lol

i actually agree, and i will defend this game from some of the hate it gets until the day i die, but it is honestly very deeply flawed. it's just one of those games that i think is really great despite how much of a mess it is.
