Every fiber of your being screams at you to not answer, but you have to
As soon as you do, you know your voice will be weaker than it should be, maybe higher pitched too

it is p. terrible to have a lot of calls/VMs that you need to return and you don't have enough time to return them all and they keep calling again and again and you feel bad but literally there is not any time.

but depending on the call you are waiting for, that can be worse. also more awkward? it's p. weird when you know someone's going to call in like a 15 min window and if you miss it it will be bad but you have other things to do also. not a great situation all around.
