There was so much stuff happening in my life around that time so I wasn't really able to notice anything I could clearly attribute to hrt.

It seems all the effects I've had were very gradual and slow compared to the average, so it's even harder for me to notice changes.

but yeah my mood probably improved a bit

and that fluctuation is roughly related to the reason adding more female hormones can reduce the frequency and intensity of the cycle and inhibits conception

but anyways, yes, the medications that transwomen need are generally based on taking advantage of side-effects for medications that are usually intended for birth control, menopause, and high blood pressure
