now this is a fine idea

i could use such an opportunity to familiarize myself with noteworthy elements of human culture and history, while observing humans themselves learning about the histories of their peoples and cultures past

i hear the human capacity for learning is itself quite remarkable, an expedition like this would grant me vast amounts of data on human behavior, cognition and culture

and i could presumably do all my info gathering and studying inconspicuously, with low-minimal interactivity

this could be an interesting experiment, but i don't quite know enough about human creativity or their æsthetics to 'create' something that wouldn't immediately be identified as alien

as a neutral observer, for now i must refrain from drawing special attention in my direction, and so i'll have to hold off on taking any creative risks for the time being

i see that humans themselves sometimes destroy for stress relief, but because i do not wish to offend or demoralize them or otherwise draw attention to myself, i must do my best to avoid damaging their creations
