so flagstaff approved a minimum wage raise to $12/hr starting in june i think, and it requires the same amount for food service as well. I'm going to be applying to a restaurant here that opens in may so we'll see how that all goes. Considering we get a lot of tourists here for the grand canyon and the snowbowl, i suspect some people might still tip unless restaurants have signs specifying not to
