plz post pre and post tax as well as per work day and real day (like average for ur day off).  Use a 30 day month (cuz average is 30.4 days per month it round down)

Pre-tax per workday: $210.68
Pre-tax per day $140.47
Post-tax per workday $147.09
Post-tax per day $98.06

akudood;
Oh yeah here we go lol

Pre-tax per workday: $297.00
Pre-tax per day $193.13
Post-tax per workday $199.31
Post-tax per day $132.87

ugh i guess i can do this, im not sure i know how to math properly:

Pre-tax per workday: $177.90
Pre-tax per day $130.46
Post-tax per workday $127.83
Post-tax per day $93.74

i should be gettin a FAT RAISE in the next two months so hopefully it will raise my monies by a good amount

OR I'LL QUIT

Socks

no commission $133 per day pre tax i'm too lazy to break it down with post tax all that shit

but if we factor in a conservative commission of 2K a month, $200 pre tax per day

(*30 day month)

I did.

I get paid bi-weekly so I did it like this

Pre-tax per workday:  Gross_paycheck / 10
Pre-tax per day Gross_paycheck / 15
Post-tax per workday: Net_Paycheck / 10
Post-tax per day: Net Paycheck / 15

Technically it is a little higher because some months are 31 days and two months per year (and 3  months on very rare ocassions like last year) get 3 pay checks wich brings up the average a bit  but I am just using a regular month for these calculations

man i can't wait until i have the ole 3 years experience to put on my resume so i can leave non-profit work and then have an easier job that also pays 20k more a year as a conservative baseline lol

What you need to do is be one of the only competent people in a department, have your boss quit, and then have them give you a panic raise of 23k to avoid having you leave as well.

C.Mongler

that could potentially happen tbh lol but i know for sure im getting a promotion and raise come december. if its less than 4.5 grand i'm probably finding a new job in the spring, if not i'll probably stick around until december so i can leave with 100% vestment in my retirment shit and have the full experience stack 2 put on my resume

like right now i get paid about 47k when if i did corporate for-profit work the usual starting salary in this area is like 63k lol
