every time i brush my teeth

my eyes tear and become irritated.  and it triggers me bc my mouth is full of foam and my hand is full of foam and im struggling to keep my eyes open i mean i dont need to keep my eyes open brushing my teeth but and then all of this sensory overlord drives my insane and i debate about interrupting myself brushing my teeth to waste time wiping my tears or i just man it up and do it after and i feel like throwing up bc i want to get to the back of my tongue and i cough a lot and i just think to myself what a world this is
