eh yes and no? depends on the quality of textures, other bullshit, and if the game uses in-engine cutscenes. 4k video is YUGE. i recently edited a project in 4k video and besides nearly killing the pc i was working on, the like 2 hours or so of footage we had was like 300 GBs. but yeah games already can run in 4k on pc and look pretty spiffy and they aren't like, obscene, if you don't consider like 90gbs obscene lol. but they also aren't specifically made with 4k in mind either at this point, so basicaly I DUNNO LOL
