To be honest Nintendo is still in a great spot, their fans are quite ravenous and their games are comparatively cheap to make compared to other gaming companies plus the game support is nearly all 1st party which I think is a benefit more than it is a downside. They have a huge potential fan base, a huge collection of IP, and nearly unlimited resources. They even have a lot of great feedback from the gaming community and of course some not so great feedback.

The Wii U has a handful of great games, but so did the Dreamcast and the Gamecube. I think the poor sales of the Wii U are from two major problems. First the poor name and even poorer marketing campaign and secondly the nearly unsupported Gamepad made the console more expensive and gimmicky.

I wish Nintendo luck (but of course leave luck to heaven) and I'll always be there to play Nintendo games as long as I can experience them with my friends and family.

what do you mean by fix

It's not like it's a completely different game now, no. But the original game has gotten updates a long time ago that fix some details like not getting a 1-up for 100 rings.

Also, if you're thinking of horribly broken Wii U Sonic games, you might be thinking of Sonic Boom, not Lost World. Sonic Boom is still exclusive to Nintendo systems with one Wii U game and soon two 3DS games.

Samus Aran

maybe he meant "fix" as in "make it good"

sonic team couldn't make a 'good' game if Jesus himself tried to design a level

I'm going to laugh when the NX turns out to be a sega CD-style peripheral for the Wii U in a desperate attempt to save it.
