#1 matches the normal DS icon and is already in use, 2 and 3 have more color, and 4 kinda matches the Wii U one but might be a bit too minimal

Four is indistinguishable from a possible normal DS logo and has too much negative space. Plus I'm not a whole fan of red negative space anyway, or black-on-red.
