Nintendo doesn't do eShop sales often, and they usually have pretty underwhelming discounts compared to other platforms' sales, but there's one happening now:
Mario Kart 8, MK7, M&L Dream Team, Puzzle&DragonsZ, Shin Megami Tensei 4, Code Name STEAM, Story of Seasons, Virtue's Last Reward, and some other games that probably don't matter.

Virtue's Last Reward 3DS is apparently normally priced at $25 lately, but this sale brings it down to $12. I'd still recommend the Vita version over 3DS.
SMT4 is also only $14 now.
Story of Seasons is $30, down from $40.

i like how nintendo calls it a SUPER spring sale, yet a whopping forty games are on sale lmao

don't let's

Though how many games does Nintendo have these days?

Hiro

sony's sales have around as many games, only pc games have massive sales where 40 would be small
my problem is the discounts aren't all that amazing

Thyme

flash sale going on right now in the ps store
i got tearaway unfolded

the current humble bundle (devolver) is also p. decent, i beat the average on that one

Humble Nintendo Bundle: https://www.humblebundle.com/friends-of-nintendo-3ds-wiiu

In particular, Shantae Pirate's Curse for $1 is great. You get keys for both Wii U and 3DS.

Other games:
$1 tier: Retro City Rampage (3DS), Affordable Space Adventures (U)
beat-the-average: Freedom Planet (U), Rhythm Thief (3DS), Citizens of Earth (3DS/U)
$13: Darksiders II (U), Super Street Fighter IV 3D
