i have thought about going back again (i've probably done it like 15-20 times) and it is a little too unnerving.

the worst (or coolest, depending on how you look at it) part is after you donate, they have to put salene into your body to account to the lost liquid. the salene is stored at room temp (colder than your body temp) so you can feel it circulating around your body
