1. india, as a poor wretched developing nation that even in the best of times is only barely scraping by, would be CRAZY not to get oil at the lowest price it possibly can

i mean, india's usual source of oil is the middle eastern producers, whose prices have skyrocketed in part because europe is rapidly replacing russian oil with saudi oil

so india, a poor forlorn third-world state, is priced out of its usual market because of skyrocketing demand

while russian oil is now pennies on the petrodollar per plummeting demand
