yeah i got put on prozac while on medicare or whatever. idk about the therapist though. that may be the case. i was reccommended to a therapist two towns over and they were crazy expensive

also basic insurance therapists aren't very fashionable to have around
they tend to be highly revolved around cognitive-behavioral methods
it's a nice treatment plan, takes usually around 1-3 months for mild progress to show
they're so stigmatized because a lot of them are cornered by insurance polices and that doesn't make them very therapeutic at all (45 mins is very short, you hardly have any time to talk)

if you want a specific therapist, there's a higher chance that you'll pay some absurd price for an hour or two
200$+ seems normal for an hour.
you'll have to wear your big boy panties and get a job and waste it all on therapy like I'm going to do lol
