btw the leak is only 160kb/s unfortunately, so i'll have to wait for the real release either way to really get to hear it in high quality

the first track is pretty great though i can say that already

anyway, the album's great. certainly bleak, though. even embryonic had lots of upbeat moments and it was just sort of playfully dark, but this one's just bleak. but it's great.

idk if i liked it any more than embyronic though, probably not

listened to Embryonic and this album again last night for comparison and yeah no it's not anywhere near as good as Embryonic imo but it's still pretty great

of course it's not like i've been able to hear it in higher than 160kbps yet but still

i got it because i pre-ordered the record on vinyl

The Needle Drop's score on this album is pretty harsh lol
