well if she is a cosignor the landlord is legally required to provide her a key at request. unless you had some sort of court order to keep her away they would be flagrantly breaking the law to deny her access.

also is your girlfriend under 18? when you file a missing persons report for an adult the cops can't really do anything unless there is some evidence of nefarious circumstances

also how the fuck did she get phone records?
