i want to raise a togekiss but getting one with good IVs is even more tedious

you have to evolve togepi via happiness before you can put it back in the day care to get more togepis with better IVs so ugh

honestly with togekiss i wouldn't bother with iv perfecting

i'd just catch a bunch of togepis from fs and raise whichever ones has the two maxed ivs that are most appropriate for togekiss and stick with that

way too much work to make a perfect one

the point is that togepi can't breed quickly becaus it's a baby pokemon, that's why it's a pain to iv perfect it
