it's called hype bub. yeah at the time before it was released I thought it was going to be awesome/amazing. but after playing it and completing it it definitely changed my expectation of it.

I can agree with that somewhat,  in cutscenes they do seem a bit wooden but it seems improved over IV to me

they still have the cellphone but supposedly they're changing it a bit since it'll be a smartphone this time
also they've said your friends won't bug you this time
(i like the phone in IV, the only problem is you can't use it while crouching and if you're shot it gets put away automatically)

and maybe reinstated the great cheats from before

who knows with that one, but they do seem to be going in a more fun direction this time so here's hoping for a jetpack cheat again
