have a beard as many of you know but its not massive

respectable sure not massive

do you think facial hair is a deterrent as to the job? (maybe this isn't the best demographic to come to)

As long as it doesn't look dirty, I'd say it shouldn't matter.

I would say that being clean-shaven would improve your chances, but I don't want you to shave so if you just make sure it looks really nice and clean it probably won't be a problem

Depends on the job dress code. When I applied for QT, I knew they had to be clean shaven so I shaved before my interview. If they allow beards in a warehouse job (which I don't see why they wouldn't) then just make sure it's trimmed nicely.
