Boyah was fine before the move and now it's almost unbearable

the server is fine, but since it's a new apache/php environment we'll need to re-implement the changes we made a couple mnths ago to fix the caching problem that was fucking up thread load times

im also going to go ahead and install litespeed right now so JUST GIVE ME ANOTHER COUPLE HOURS AND WE"lLL BE SET FOR MANY MANY MOONS
