thanks to DNS caching, I thought boyah was down until just now even though I've refreshed like a few times per hour all night

why do browsers continue to insist on their DNS cache when they fail to connect to a server anyways

boyah.net's A Record was updated, so it was probably your system's DNS cache, or else your ISP sucks at updating its nameservers : O
