it is so sad because people diagnose these bullshit disorders all the time that are not disorders but natural traits and have always just been dealt with and handled with a slap or a twig and then i have friends who are so beautiful and yet think it is find to take a blue pill in order to feel better everyday because their stupid mommy and daddy think it is no big deal and even hold their hand while the doctor prescribes them poison and i want to gather a billion people around and make them stare in order to make sure that i am not the only one going insane over this casual scary as fuck epidemic.

There's heaps and heaps and heaps of legitimate uses for medication when dealing with facets of the mind, but shit is disgustingly over-diagnosed.

I watched this news story where they're looking into treating people who are grieving. So now grief and its biggest symptom, sadness, is an ailment that might require a small orange bottle and a sip of water to "overcome".

I don't know man, the best medication for me was always a pair of blue eyes and some kissable lips, a hand to hold and sunny day to see, walking on my legs and feeling the air rush inside of me. But it's funny, because my daughter is distraught and depressed and I want her to get good grades so hop her up on some Aderall or Prozac and that way she can be high and feel good and also perform well in school.
