lol i could play it on my computer but im not too big a fan of playing console games on pc.

im tempted to get a psp or whatever just to play the older games i love.

yeah, psps are rather cheap now and can be rather handy for playing older games

Notsid, if you don't mind ~piracy~ you could get a PSP 1000 or 2000 and put custom firmware on it and get all sorts of PS1 games not on the PSN.

also is the 3000 model not able to play pirated games or whatever?

u could get a ps2 at goodwill for like 50 bucks and then ffix for like 30

No, it's really easy if your firmware is under 5.00. Even if it's higher it's relatively easy.

3000 has more protection, so it's rather limited to what you can do with it. 2000 and 1000 are the best for cfw.
