but like snowy said, if I want to run but I'm 100% sure I'm good enough at running that I own't run in to anyone, then why can't I run? what is the point of rules when individuals know about the situation they're in better than a rule ever could? (because rules aren't ALIVE)

if i was in a store it would be a different, because that's like someone's real purchased Space. they have an investment to keep and I respect that, that's a REAL social contract....when money changes hands. but the hallways in a mall? who the fuck is a mall or a cop, NOT THE bosS OF ME. think of it like international waters

Because if they allow that, then it sets a precedent where these young individuals may end up running through a more crowded area, so they nip it in the bud right away. The mall cops don't know these personally know these people or what their thoughts are so they treat them all more or less the same, whether there were other people around or not. Plus, like I said, those running could have injured themselves on mall property and become a liability to the mall. Accidents do happen. Not everything is definite no matter how good you are at something.

And if you can't play by the rules then you're generally thrown out and those services will no longer be offered to you. And that would be pretty stupid of yourself to so in defiance of something like "no running" that you would risk getting into that sort of mess just for your own satisfaction with no sense of regard for another person's well being or property.  Because the mall property is actually owned by somebody, it is absolutely not yours to do whatever you want on or with it.

Also, just because you exist, it doesn't mean that your are entitled to everything there is or to do everything there is all any point and time of your choosing.

Well this is snorkel, so it kind of could go either way, but overall this does seem like the kind of stuff he actually thinks considering some of the things he has posted about doing before or what he currently does.
