Ya I don't think it is my thing  Thank you for trying though. Reminds me of last night I was smoking a bowl w this girl and she said how excited she is for James Blake at Symbiosis and I don't think I said anything at all in response becasue I didn't know what to say.

that's just stuff from his s/t album though, I hear stuff from his other releases is a bit different from that, and his new stuff is supposed to be more dance-oriented. I'm not particularly into his music but you should still see him, i'm sure it'll be a lot of fun. I'm actually pretty surprised that he's going to it

i'm surprised too. and kind of bum he's headlining :/ but maybe i will go to his set... I'd have to be convinced by listening to jamss of his I like though because otherwise I'd probably just go to something else that I'd like more while he's playing.

Have you heard of Emissions festival? Because I might be going to that...actually I don't think so. Friend had a guest pass but another friend has it reserved so if he bails then I can go.

I do like james blakes CMYK tho. Also he has an amazing remix of mt. kimbies maybes.
As for mt kimbie its all about this one. Never knew the name lol I just remembered the side of the vinyl.

YesYes! everything on the Sketch On Glass EP is super good. I Love Mt Kimbie. I saw them at Coachella last year and the sound was pretty messed up which was sad. I'll check out this CMYK business but I listened to his remix of "Maybes" last week and didn't really love it so much, I way prefer the mt kimbie original

do you know anything else on this lineup that means business? I trust your taste in stuff i shouldlook into.

Tipper is playing the set during the solar eclipse which is going to be really nutty. can't wait for that. I've never heard of Emissions, where is it at?
