Back in high school I had this idea to open up a restaraunt on the side of the highway.

i've always wanted to open a restaurant, but i don't want to be entirely responsible for it. i kind of agree with what snorkel said, it'd be awesome to create the dishes and have them sold and create your own restaurant, but i would hate to have to be there alll the time, i don't want to spend all my time there
