seriously. i get angrier than i should when people do things like this. plan to do something with me and then not show up, or change their mind at the last minute. one of my biggest pet peeves.

But I only flake when there are large groups involved, AND I usually give warning of my flake-dom because I generally know when I'm going to flake out.  I think it lessens the impact a little.
