1.  If you offer to make a video and do not make it and upload it within twenty-four hours of being handed the results, you will be banned forever.
2.  Betting that these awards will fail will result in a permanent ban as well.

I'm actually banning people right now because they will volunteer in the future but they haven't made the videos yet and they're late.

If you are going to ban people for not uploading their videos within 24 hours you better have a set date and time the results are going to be pm'd out. I'll offer to do a vid, but not if I have to refresh Boyah every 20 minutes so I don't have to make sure I'm not banned.
