Never. I've missed sleep maybe only three or four times in my life.

I like sleeping too much to waste a night not sleeping.

i often feel like i shouldn't go to sleep simply because i haven't done enough fun things yet that day

my sleep was a series of momentary black outs imploding into short jerks of a hand or a sharp empty breath, each only a second or two. this was followed by stillness, and wild thoughts, then more force to banish weariness. collectively, maybe 30 minutes of sleep in a dozen sessions or so. you don't even want to know how i felt or what i saw.

Coming from someone who used to sleep a handful of hours here and there, falling back into a regimental sleep schedule is absolutely amazing.
