I actually have a whole Animal Collective playlist. I just didn't like how all that guy i hung out with did was talk about Animal Collective.

I think I just realized what bugs me about hipsters: they only like the things they do because it's trendy, and are really just the mindless consumers they seemingly hate so much. It's like they're mocking stuff that actually is awesome, like Animal Collective.

Also, a good portion of hipsters are not really hipsters, they just shop at Urban Outfitters because It's cool. Socks, go to latfh.com

I like Neutral Milk Hotel, never listened to Animal Collective. I also like the Decemberists, and my friends' hipster band.

Does that make me a hipster? Hell no. I listen to a helluva lot more music than those couple of bands.  akudood;
